Over time the tubing that the Kamoer Dosing Pump System uses may become worn and by replacing the tubing your dosing pump system can work just like it was new again.
Changing out the tubing is pretty easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
First you will want to remove the dosing pump head by pinching the two tabs at the base of the head and pulling it away from the motor. Then the back-plate of the head will be held on by 3 additional tabs that need to be removed gently, giving you access to the tube within the head. In some cases the motor roller assembly will need to be removed to insert the new tubing. When replacing the tubing it is very important to ensure uniform placement of the tube around the rollers and head assembly.
